Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactA simple and underrated piece, this picture portrates the ups and downs of life, and how one's heart is just as prickly and bendable as the heart shown here. It is in your own hands, naive, open, and ready to be given. A true interpretation of Valentines day, this was a lovely piece to be shared with the world.
It makes you wonder who the model is, too, as well as what she is thinking--whether or not what she is really preparing to give her heart away.
The lighting and colouration is fantastic, and the subtle but apparent affects give the photo the exact and beautiful finishing touch that it needed.
